I seem to have a print in my possession. It seems to be a different filter from the original. Any way of knowing if it's an original print?

I appear to have the original water color, in original frame. I purchased this water color at a estate sale some years back, because I liked the content of the picture. Now I am left wondering if I should insure it, and how I go about getting it authenticated.....

I have an original print of IN LOVE printed on silk or satin it appears. I opened the back of the print and there is the number 782. My grandparents brought the print from Cornwall, England to USA around 1885 or so.Any thoughts on value or its importance--Thanks
